Calera Fencing Master provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Calera, Alabama and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free written estimates for all fence projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen site conditions are discovered during installation. Any changes to the agreed-upon price will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project estimate. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your estimate or invoice.
Project Timeline and Scheduling
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project during the planning phase. While we make every effort to complete projects on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, permit delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule and work diligently to minimize delays.
Permits and Property Lines
You are responsible for ensuring that your fence project complies with local regulations and that the fence location is within your property boundaries. We can assist with obtaining necessary permits, but it is ultimately your responsibility to verify property lines and secure required approvals. We are not liable for disputes arising from property line issues or permit violations.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship is guaranteed, and we will address any installation-related issues that arise within the warranty period specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers, and we will assist you with warranty claims as needed. Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, or improper maintenance are not covered by our warranty.
Client Responsibilities
Before we begin work, you must ensure that the work area is accessible and clear of obstacles. You are responsible for protecting landscaping, sprinkler systems, and other property features that may be affected by the installation. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, but we are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or marked prior to work beginning.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor performed. Changes to the project scope must be approved in writing and may affect the final cost and timeline.
Limitation of Liability
Calera Fencing Master is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. In the event of any dispute, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Calera Fencing Master and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
